Istanbul Central Hotel

Location is excellent, really central and close to everything we wanted to visit. Breakfast is very good and a beautiful roof-top view of the city in the morning is such a bonus. Complementary tea and coffee was not expected but was appreciated very much. The staff are all very helpful and kind and would do everyrhing they can for you.

1. The staffs were friendly and communicate well. They deliver any requests or questions asked. 2. The rooms were exactly how it is advertised. I love this part the most since I get what I was expecting. 3. The location is near to almost all famous tourist hotspots at the european side of istanbul. 600m away to Ayasofya, 500m or so to spice market, and its also near to the tram and near to the sea. 4. Quality wise, you get what you pay. This place is among the cheapest in that area so be reasonable with your expectation. The room was comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and they have a lift.

The pick up transfer was well organised, and they waited for us at the airport. The check-in was very quick and the receptionist gave us bunch of informations, where we can go, where we can eat good food, how to get to other parts of İstanbul etc. They always provided necessary information. The rooms were cleaned every day, so were the towels changed every day. The hotel is very close to Grand Bazaar, Blue mosque, but also tram and ferry stations are not that far. The hotel has nice view from the terrace. The elevator in the hotel was of great help for our baggage when we arrived and when we were leaving.
